Refund policy

We want you to love your Color Snuggie! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Color Snuggie must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uncolored, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at colorsnuggiesupport@gmail.com. Please do not send your order back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your Color Snuggie when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at colorsnuggiesupport@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Color Snuggies that have already been colored, used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way cannot be returned unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like a different Color Snuggie, the fastest option is to return your current eligible item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the product you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, uncolored, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at colorsnuggiesupport@gmail.com.
